Take the Mass Pike to Rt. 495 North. Go about 1 mile to the Rt. 9 West exit. Go to the third stoplight (about 3 miles) and take a right onto Otis St. Go about a half mile and take a left into the industrial park there (you'll see a sign for Sears Service Center). We're in the same building as Sears, at the far end of the building, Number 30.

We have two loading docks and a street level garage door on the south side of the building.

Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We have people on pager 24 hours a day through our normal 800 number.
